Gross Stems: review the Gross column in the Gross Production report.

Production by Variety Total:

• Total square meters: review the SQM column in the Gross Production by Total Variety production report:

Bruto Production Definitions

Unosof manages two different methods of measuring bruto production. 1) Stems received in mallas (S1) = Bruto Production. 2) Everything processed (S2+FN+Bajas Prefrio+Restriccions etc) = Bruto production. About 50% of our customers are using method No. 1 and 50% of our customers are using method No. 2.

Both methods lead to a reliable bruto production number. However method No. 1 is very straight forward and method No. 2 contains more complexity to get managed correctly. Think about: Do you process all the harvest the same day? Fecha of processing flor de guarde? etc.
