The Benchmark uses the following formula to obtain the percentage of flower not sold:

In order for this data to be correct, the first thing to do is select which are the farm inventory outputs considered as unsold flower.

For this, you must access Accounting Administration: Flor de Baja.

Once this step is done, in order to verify the data, we must enter the Inventory Reports: Total Flor de Baja by Reason.

This allows us to obtain the number of inventory issues. It must be filtered by roses and spray roses.

You must also enter Production Reports: Gross Production by Variety Total (filtering by roses and spray roses) and take the data from the column called Exportable and Unprocessed Restrictions, to check the number of exportable stems.
